The beans are decaffeinated using a gentle water‑washing process, preserving the coffee’s natural character. Once roasted to a balanced medium level, we grind them to an ideal consistency for drip and pour‑over brewing. Expect smooth caramel and toasted almond notes with a hint of bright citrus, delivering a full‑bodied cup without caffeine.
Brewing Recommendations
Because this coffee is pre‑ground, it’s ready to brew right out of the bag. Use 1‑2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste. It’s perfect for drip machines, pour‑over cones, French press and cold brew. For cold brew, steep 1 cup of grounds in 4 cups of cold water for 12‑16 hours, then strain and dilute to taste.
